I DO not agree with Senator Glenn Lazarus' push to rename Sunshine Coast Stadium the "James Ackerman Stadium", but would support a move to rename the main grandstand after the fallen footballer. As a supporter of rugby league I was crushed to learn the young Sunshine Coast Falcons prop was left fighting for life after he suffered a head injury in a tackle. A SUNSHINE Coast man has taken to social media to speak out against violence after being bashed in a Mooloolaba car park in the early hours of yesterday morning. INVESTIGATIONS are continuing into the death of a man in the Glasshouse Mountains National Park. Police were notified at 9am yesterday morning that a man had been found on Mt Tibrogargan.
