A SEAL that was taken from Warana Beach to SEA LIFE for help was just resting. A Department of Environment and Heritage Protection spokesperson said EHP and SEA LIFE had been working to set up an exclusion zone and to monitor the seal after it was spotted on the beach on Monday morning.
